Terms & Conditions

1. This program is applicable to purchase orders placed through Westcon Group only.

2. Promotion is applicable to any purchase order for applicable Emerson products placed with Westcon Group, for a minimum value of $3000 AUD or more. Contact Westcon Group for stock availability and estimated delivery times at time of ordering.

3. Vouchers will be paid to your company within 6 weeks of each quarter end and distributed at the discretion of your employer.

4. Vouchers will only be paid on accrued purchase orders up to the value of $250,000. Purchase Orders totaling over $250,000 will accrue a maximum of AUD$4,000 in vouchers. It is at the discretion of the Westcon Group Emerson Vendor Business Manager, to determine which orders for a single customer will be recognized as part of the program.

5. All matters relating to Emerson Power Rewards program, including eligibility, participant and partner eligibility, awarding of prizes, and disputes, will be decided by the Westcon Group Emerson Vendor Business Manager. Westcon Group decision is final.

6. Liability for federal, state, or other taxes imposed upon any of the program offers is the responsibility of the recipient and/or recipient's employer and not the responsibility of Emerson Network Power Pty Ltd or Westcon Group Pty Ltd.

7. Westcon Group makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its offers and materials but do not accept responsibility for errors in publishing.

8. Westcon Group may cancel, suspend, amend, modify, revoke, or terminate this Sales Incentive, in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time, with reasonable notice.

9. Westcon Group reserve the sole right to interpret any and all terms and conditions of Emerson Green Power Rewards.

10. Westcon Group waives any and all liability relating to the results of any of its marketing plans or programs.

11. Westcon Group reserves the right to change the eligible list of selected products without prior notice.

12. This incentive cannot be claimed with another distributor.

13. If you choose green, please note that your carbon credits will be accredited to Westcon Group by Carbon Planet for surrender and you will receive a certificate of contribution from your Westcon Group representative.
