  • Your company information
  • Delivery address (not a PO Box)
  • End User details
  • Part code(s) and quantities
  • Pricing
  • A quote reference number if we have provided one to you
  • A stock hold (QP) reference number if you have requested that we hold the stock for you
  • Contact details for our Customer Service Team to use if we require any clarification from you.

Special Instructions

Different vendors may require specific information, such as end user details or serial numbers of existing equipment.  For your convenience a two-page PDF outlining the requirements for each of our vendors is available below for you to print or view online.
