Cisco is in the initial stages of deploying an application called eDelivery. eDelivery enables electronic fulfilment of software license entitlement documentation.
With the introduction of the eDelivery program you will now be able to choose their preferred method of software license document delivery - physical or electronic - for a select group of products. For a list of applicable products, please click here.
With eDelivery, users will be able to manage and download their software license entitlement documentation including: Right To Use, End User License Agreement, and License Claim Form with associated Product Authorization Keys (PAKs).

IMPORTANT NEWS UPDATE!Cisco Services Price Rise
There will be no price increase for the majority of Cisco Services, however Cisco have recently announced that there will be an increase for the support of software (SAS and SAU) and Essential Operate support. There will be no further price increase for Cisco product lines.
All orders received by 12pm AEDST on Friday, 27 February 2009 will be processed by Westcon Group at the quoted pricing. Any orders received after this time will need to be requoted at the new pricing.
All quotes for Cisco Services items will only be valid
until 12pm AEDST on Friday, 27 February 2009.
A friendly reminder of Westcon Group’s purchase order requirements:
• All Cisco orders require valid end user information.
• Any amendments received after 12pm AEDST, which
are made to orders placed prior to our cut-off time, will
be at the new pricing.
• Any orders placed prior to 12pm AEDST without full, valid and correct information will need to be amended
to the new pricing. Such information could include but is
not limited to a serial number, Show Version report,
Deal ID or promotion code.
No exceptions will be made to the above requirements.
