Important News Update

As you are most likely aware there will be a Cisco price increase effective close of business Friday 30th January 2009. The price increase of approximately 18% will affect all hardware orders.

All orders received by 12pm AEDST on Friday 30th January 2009 will be processed by Westcon Group at the quoted pricing. Any orders received after this time will need to be requoted at the new pricing.

All quotes for Cisco hardware products will only be valid until 12pm AEDST 30th January 2009.

There will be no delays providing Cisco quotations following the price increase. Westcon Group will continue to maintain our standard Cisco quoting turnaround times. Please continue to send all quote requests to support@westcongroup.com.au.

A friendly reminder of Westcon's purchase order requirements:

  • All Cisco orders require valid end user information.
  • Any amendments received after 30th January 2009 to orders placed prior to Friday
30th January 2009 will be at the new pricing.
  • Any orders without valid or correct Cisco Deal ID information placed prior to the 30th January 2009 will need to be amended at the new pricing.

No exceptions will be made to the above requirements.

•
Cisco Technology Migration Program quotes are now valid for 190 days (previously only valid for 30 days).
